Weekend Retreat Package Rate $160.00

A typical event from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon is considered to be two “camper days” and consists of six full meals and two nights at the facility.
A camper day is defined as one night stay and 3 full meals.

Groups are a minimum of 25 from September — May, and a minimum of 50 from June — August. Double booking with other small groups is sometimes available to meet minimums. Groups that book have preference over booking the same dates the following year at the end of their stay.

We calculate kitchen resources based on the final count you provide us prior to your event. Once you have provided the final head count, no credit for missed meals will be given without at least 24 hour notice prior to the missed meal.

Small Group Rates

Attendance below 25 persons, the minimum charge to rent the Conference Center is $2000.00/day. Groups of 25 or less may be housed in the Main Lodge building.

Large Group Discount

Attendance above 95 persons is $73.00/day per adult and $45.00/day per child. Discount applies to full “camper days” only.

Wedding Rates

Wedding rates are equal to the small group rate for the weekend: from September to May, with a minimum of 25 people, $4000; from June to August, with a minimum group of 50 people, $8000. Additional guests are charged out at the rate sheet, of $160 per person for the weekend. Extra additional guests at the wedding reception dinner are $20.00 per plate. No alcohol is permitted on the grounds.
