We're seeking experienced and creative individuals who are comfortable with cooking for small and large gatherings. Please have some knowledge in the preparation of vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes.
We bake all of our breads and baked goods from scratch here so baking skills are a plus. Whenever possible Happy Valley utilizes fresh local produce in creative and delicious ways to entice our guests.
The Lead Cook should be comfortable with directing a kitchen staff of no less than two and no more than five. Upholding cleanliness standards and efficiency in meal production are paramount, please contact us if you feel your skills will add a distinct flavor to our kitchen here in Happy Valley.
