After a conversation with Tim last night it has been decided that the date of our conceptual project presentation has been changed. Originally it was scheduled for August 3rd but due to a group that is going to be on site that weekend we want to make sure we are fully present for their needs, and be prepared for both them as well as our project.
The presentation is now being moved to the following weekend on Sunday, August 11th. The only unfortunate thing about it being later is that our dear Antonia will have already left to spend a little time at home before she has to go back to school. Despite this hiccup we are going to work around that and have her be present with a nifty little gadget called GoTo Meeting, or have her Skype in.
Since that will be our last night in Santa Cruz we are planning on having a big cook out/send off party after the presentation to celebrate our summer. Despite the extension it is still crunch time and we are working hard to create an awesome presentation!
